An obsession with reading and a love for the show Gilmore Girls has led to Where Books Lead. A blog about books.
The theme song of the show is Where You Lead and I thought that would be the perfect name for my blog, hence Where Books Lead.
What started as a blog to complete the Rory Gilmore Reading Challenge (where you read all 339 books that were mentioned throughout the show’s seven seasons) has now morphed into something a little different. I’m a slow reader (don’t judge) and according to my calculations, if I read 16 books a year (my current average), I’ll only finish the challenge in around 2041.
I still want to read and review books – that hasn’t changed – but I want to see where the books lead me. I want to make the most of every read (since there’s only a few a year) and explore the topics that the book covered in more detail.
